Shipping

Currently, we accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We cannot divide your order on multiple credit cards at this time, and please note your credit card or debit card will be charged as
soon as you place your order. 

We offer free shipping on domestic orders of $150 or more. The Champagne League shipping rates are based on the location we are shipping to in combination with order weight and the level of shipping you choose. An email
confirmation will be sent to you after your product has shipped.

We try to ship out orders as soon as we can. Currently, we ship
with USPS, FedEx or UPS. Our shipping window for customer order processing is 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified for pre-orders. That is the time it takes for us to prepare a customer order, not the time it takes to ship and get to the customer. If you have a specific deadline for your order, we advise you to contact us before placing the order to inquire and request a specific ship date. There is always the option to choose a faster shipping time at checkout. These shipping times vary from customer order fulfillment and shipping times as well as pre-order items. 

Unfortunately, due to the size of our gift boxes and other items, we are not able to ship to a PO Box. A physical address is required for delivery.

As soon as your order ships, you will
receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order or visit the order status page in your account. 

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically arrive within 7-10 business days. We do offer some optional shipping upgrades when you are checking out. If your order is time sensitive, please see our shipping policies for a detailed estimate on shipping times, and consider a shipping upgrade when you are checking out. We offer Priority and Express shipping upgrade options as you are checking out, unless otherwise specified in regards to preorders. We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns

Food items cannot be returned. We work hard to make sure only the best quality of items with zero defects are sent out to our customers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be still sealed/unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned within 5 days of receipt. It must also be in the original packaging and photos provided.

You will be responsible for paying
for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
